2” soft nylon bristles flat pastry brushes used mainly in baking industry and in general food processing areas. The molded into-the-handle hook prevents spills by safely holding the brush on the containers edge. Available in two different sizes: 2” and 3” wide.

They should not be used for extended periods of time at a temperature above 140° F
